2. Product Fitness & Vehicle Fitment

• Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that any ordered item fits their specific vehicle make, year, and model prior to completing a purchase.

• Aftermarket Nature: Our products are premium aftermarket performance and styling parts. Customers acknowledge that aftermarket parts may require professional installation or minor adjustments for perfect fitment.

3. Orders, Cancellations & Shipping

• Order Accuracy: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

• Cancellation Policy: Once a shipping label has been generated for an order, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our standard policies:

• Returns must be initiated and shipped back at the customer’s expense within 14 days of the shipment date.

• Items must be returned in their original box and condition.

• Installed parts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of our facility receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of parts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Grand Prairie, Texas.
