2. Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original box and condition.

  • No Installed Parts: Any parts that have been installed, modified, or tested on a vehicle are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellations: Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations once a shipping label has been created for your order.

  • Warranty: All items are sold as-is; there is no warranty provided on any parts.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is conducted at the customer’s expense.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the part is securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage during transit, as damaged items may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: It can take up to 7 days from the date we receive the item to process and issue your refund to your original payment method.
